Sakura - continues!

Here are some more sakura pictures.

This is in our neighborhood (on the walk up the hill from the subway station). They put spotlights on the trees to showcase the cherry blossoms.

This is a particularly picturesque area of Shinjuku-gyoen (blogged about here.)

Shinjuku-gyoen again - during sakura everyone comes out and puts down tarps in the parks to enjoy the cherry blossoms (hanami). This was taken around noon on Saturday, and it only got busier after that! Michael and I put down our tarp, had a picnic lunch, and then a lovely nap in the sun. It was perfect.
