Fuji Climb - Part 2

The climb up to the summit was crowded. A few members of our group made fast time up the mountain, but I was happy to go slow with the crowds. The altitude was definitely affecting me on the way up, and hiking slower with many breaks was ideal. Also - after our HOT sleeping area, it was COLD on the mountain. I was happy to hike slowly and keep moving for as long as possible before reaching the summit.

Once we reached the summit, we waited for the sunrise. It was beautiful.

Pretty much everyone's goal is to see the sunrise from the summit, so it got pretty crowded up there.
