They were good shoes. I got them in Innsbruck when Dad was visiting and took me shopping for "feste Schuhe." They lasted almost 10 years........
So it's fitting that my hikers that I got last time we lived abroad kicked the bucket now when we are living abroad. Out with the old - and in with the brand spankin' new!
