Michael had to work today, so I am off on my own. I decided to check out the Meguro neighborhood. There were all sorts of little mini parades going on that seemed to be related to temples or something. There is also an elementary school there that was putting on an elaborate show. I'll have to look online to see if today is some sort of festival day.
