Our second day in the Hakone area was a gorgeous, crystal clear day and we were treated to amazing views of Fuji-san. This area is well known for views of Fuji, but in the past it has always been overcast. Not even a shadow of Fuji was visible. Frankly, I was starting to think that "views of Fuji" were just a big marketing ploy. I was happily proven wrong.
